Our 2024 was a year to remember! PSL winter leagues are in full swing, and while we have some events to get you back on the field and warm before spring hits, we are busy mapping our your next PSL flag football season. As you sit by the fire and watch the last few weeks of NFL football, dust off that team group chat and get excited...we''re hoping to be back at McKinley and Fowler Fields this spring, keeping you and your friends throwing touchdowns and making interceptions every Sunday morning before you head to your weekly team brunch. You can find spring registration info listed below, as well as registration details for our PlaySolo Pick Up Night, and Super Bowl Flag Football Tournament. Spring flag football league details will be posted below in the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

PSL runs flag football leagues on Sunday mornings with game times at 9am, 10am, 11am, and 12pm. All of our flag football leagues are mixed gender and we require a minimum of three gender minorities on the field!

Schedule Standings

- Spring '25 flag football registration opens Wednesday, February 25th at 12pm

- All PSL participants must be 18 years of age or older and PUMP members in good standing

- Our spring league is scheduled to run from Sunday, March 30th to Sunday, June 8th - with no games on Sunday, April 20th or Sunday, May 25th - but these dates are weather permitting, and we will extend the season
as necessary

- The league fee is $815

- Games will be played at 9am, 10am, 11am, and 12pm at TBD fields

- All league players must be rostered on PSL's website to be eligible to participate in this league

- Teams may have up to 20 players to their roster and must have at least 10 players on their roster

- League format is 8 vs 8 with no more than five (5) men on the field at one time

- Teams are guaranteed to play seven (7) regular season games and the top four (4) teams will move onto the playoffs if the weather permits

Locations for PSL Play Solo: Pickup Flag Football at Riverview

The PSL is happy to offer you a night of pickup flag football!

All registrations are individual for this event. You are welcome to request to play on the same team as one friend by emailing meghan@pump.org.

What you can expect: A refereed pick-up game(s) at Riverview Field on Wednesday, February 26th at 6:30pm. All players will receive a PSL t-shirt. Teams will be randomly assigned and play will be based from our regular PSL Flag Football rules, with the exception of gender rules, which will not apply for this event. We reserve the right to adjust the number of players on the field, depending on participant registration.

We have the field until 8:30pm - so there is plenty of football to be played!

What we expect from you: All players must sign the waiver, and pay a $15 fee to cover the field and referee costs. Please bring a great sportsmanlike attitude and do your best to show up by 6:15pm.

Interested in playing in a PSL sport but can't commit to a full league, or just want to get out one night and play? We have a PSL Play Solo: Pick Up Nights series for you! Pick your sport(s) and night(s) to participate in. Currently we have offerings in March for Basketball and Volleyball, and we're setting up April offerings that include Basketball, Dodgeball, Pickleball and Volleyball.
