The PSL is excited to launch the second round of our Esports leagues and are thrilled to offer you them for ONLY $15 for each individual league listed below! Your $15 registration fee will give you the opportunity to play in a 4-week PSL Esports League and 2-weeks of playoffs/compensation games! We want you to play in as many leagues as you can and help us build a strong league-based gaming community here in Pittsburgh. From a competitive to a casual gamer, we have options for everyone!

 

PSL Esports Format

We are offering a wide range of Esports that are scheduled to begin the week of June 21st!

Each league will have a 4 week regular season

• Each league will be 1v1 or 2v2
• Each league week will consist of a best of 3 game series vs the same opponent
• The 3 game series must be played throughout the week.
  • Schedule Note: While leagues are set on a certain day and time of the week, please note that game times are flexible and each 3 game series will need to be played within that league week. Games can be easily rescheduled by the user right within the app!

Registration is NOW OPEN!

To register for PSL Esports, you will need to follow these instructions:

• Download the Mission Control App.
• Create a profile.
• Search the organizations for Pittsburgh Sports League and join the organization.
• Register for the leagues you want to play in.
  • Registration note: You must have access to the game and console to participate in the leagues.
• Invite your friends to play!
• Registration will be open until 8pm 2 days before the league scheduled start date or if the league sells out, whichever happens first.

PSL Esports Code of Conduct

The PSL strives to provide a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and fun atmosphere while providing a high-quality gaming experience for all participants. We place a high priority on sportsmanship and expect it to be displayed throughout our leagues, tournaments, events, and online forums (such as Discord channels) at all times.

Unsportsmanlike behavior includes any type of online bullying. In addition, we will not tolerate racist, sexist, homophobic or other harmful language within our community. Individuals who violate these standards will be held accountable.

At the discretion and judgement of PSL staff, any participant/team who violates the code of conduct will be suspended indefinitely from all PSL activities, pending further PSL review. This suspension will be effective immediately. Any players suspended will be removed from their PSL Esports league, tournament, or event and will not receive a refund of any kind. All PSL decisions are final.

From within the application, all of our users have the ability to report any inappropriate behavior to their league administrators so that appropriate steps can be taken to address and resolve the issue.
