What you can expect from us:

- We require a $25 non-refundable deposit for all teams at the time of registration.
- Each team will play three regular season games and all teams will move onto the playoffs.
- To keep costs low we are not providing t-shirts for this league.
- Each team is guaranteed four games in the mini league.
- League dates are Thursday, October 19th to Thursday, November 2nd.
- Note that while our league is scheduled to run from October 19th to November 2nd rainouts may extend the season past November 2nd and we reserve the right to adjust the schedule as necessary.
- This includes - but is not limited to - running double headers on a date when they were not originally scheduled, extending the season as needed, and/or changing field locations.
- All teams will play at least one double header during the season.
- Your team fee includes field rental, equipment, umpire fees, league facilitation, and a prize for the league champion.

What we expect from you:

- Team captains will need to add their teammates to the LeagueLab roster via their player portal and you can roster up to 20 players.
- All players will need to sign the waiver and can do so electronically through their player portal.
- Team fees can be paid by the captains, or split up among teammates and must be paid before your first game according to our payment policy.
- All softball players must be 18 or older and must be PUMP members, which is $20 per year.
- Last but not least, remember to have fun and be a good sport!
